WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FIND A DOCTOR?
We will discuss the candidate with you and help to coordinate an interview. Depending on your process and preferences, we can work with you through the hiring process (including contract negotiation) or step aside as you work directly with your candidate.
DO I PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT?
Absolutely not. You only pay for our services if you hire a doctor we've provided to you. We'll also send you an agreement so you get to decide when you want us to begin our free search for your clinic.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?
Once hired, our fee is a % of the doctor's first year compensation. Everything is laid out upfront via email and discussed together on our discovery call to ensure both parties are on the same page.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DOCTOR ISN'T A FIT?
We truly stand by our commitment to making sure you're happy with the veterinarian that you hire. In the event you part ways with your doctor in the first 90 days, we'll actively recruit and place your next doctor for no charge.

CAN YOU HELP US FIND CLINICAL STAFF?
We can, but it's not our focus. When recruiting doctors, our network does help us reach clinical staff. If tasked with hiring a doctor for your clinic, we can also discuss assisting you in your other team staffing needs.
